About the Project

This project is created by the collaboration between the Dudaryk choir and the Lviv City Council. Free electronic music library is an innovative art project that took 8th place out of 10 in the contest of social and cultural projects in 2010. During 2015 it is planned to develop and attach this project to the national electronic library network. As of today, current project contains 30% of the choral compositions. By the end of 2015, that number will reach 3500 compositions. In perspective of the project is collaboration with museums and libraries (V. Stefanyk's Lviv National Scientific Library, State Archive of Lviv region, N. Lysenko's Lviv National Music Academy), and development in the direction of the sacred, folk, and classical music of XII - XXI century

This is unprecedented, pragmatic and philanthropic step, which allows artists to get free access to the archive of musical compositions, regardless of the location in the world.
